Yerle\u015fim merkezlerinin kalk\u0131nmalar\u0131, kendilerine ula\u015fan yol say\u0131s\u0131yla orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde d\u00f6rt kategoride dillendirilen yollar vard\u0131r. Karayollar\u0131, demiryollar\u0131, havayollar\u0131 ve denizyollar\u0131.\u00a0\u00a0 Denizyollar\u0131n\u0131 bir kalem ge\u00e7elim. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc liman \u015fehri de\u011filiz. Havayollar\u0131n\u0131n durumu ortada. Yak\u0131n bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe kadar il\u00e7elerimiz durumunda olan Batman ve \u015e\u0131rnak bile modern hava alanlar\u0131na kavu\u015fturulmu\u015fken, Siirt bu konuda da \u00a0yerinde say\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131 bir an\u0131msayal\u0131m. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda Siirt\u2019e yeni bir hava liman\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcjdelenmi\u015fti ama aradan ge\u00e7en y\u0131llar zarf\u0131nda verilen s\u00f6z tutulmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, 2014\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llarda Ula\u015ft\u0131rma, Denizcilik ve Haberle\u015fme Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Altyap\u0131 Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan \u00c7evre Etki De\u011ferlendirme (\u00c7ED) ba\u015fvuru dosyas\u0131nda yer alan bilgilere g\u00f6re, Siirt\u2019e yeni ve modern bir havaliman\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131, yap\u0131lacak havaliman\u0131n\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 milyon lira olaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Proje i\u00e7i \u00fcstyap\u0131 tesisleri dahil olmak \u00fczere toplam 420 hektarl\u0131k bir alan \u00fczerinde kurulmas\u0131 planl\u0131yordu. T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131m olacak yeni Siirt hava liman\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda bin personelin istihdam edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmekteydi. Hava liman\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lge ekonomisine de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yordu. Yeni Hava Liman\u0131ndan g\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k bin 810 ki\u015finin faydalanmas\u0131 bekleniyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesiyle Siirt\u2019in ve turizm potansiyeli olan il\u00e7elerinin geli\u015fmesine de katk\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yordu. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar da hayal \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1945\u2019li y\u0131llarda Kurtalan\u2019a kadar uzanan devlet demir yollar\u0131n\u0131n, \u0130l Merkezine kadar uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar nedeniyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmezken, 1950 y\u0131l\u0131nda iktidar\u0131n el de\u011fi\u015ftirmesinden sonra demiryollar\u0131na verilen \u00f6nem b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde savsaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Demokrat Parti iktidar\u0131 demir yollar\u0131ndan ziyade karayollar\u0131 a\u011f\u0131na \u00f6nem vermi\u015f, mevcut demiryolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesine bile gereken \u00f6nemi verilmemi\u015fti. Elbette, tren hatlar\u0131n\u0131n ihmal edilmesine d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerin etkileri \u00e7ok olmu\u015ftur. \u00dclkemize karayollar\u0131 vas\u0131talar\u0131 ve bu vas\u0131talara ait yedek par\u00e7alar satmak isteyen emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin, demiryolu a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n ihmalinde b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdilerde Siirt-Kurtalan aras\u0131 demir yolu hatt\u0131 in\u015fa edilece\u011fi m\u00fcjdesi verilmi\u015f bulunulmaktad\u0131r. 34 kilometrelik bu demir \u00a0yolu hatt\u0131 projesiyle hem sanayi ve tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin i\u00e7 ve bat\u0131 b\u00f6lgelere ta\u015f\u0131nabilece\u011fi, hem de limanlara ba\u011flant\u0131 sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 vurgulanmakta.<\/p>\n<p>Yol\u00e7at\u0131-Diyarbak\u0131r-Kurtalan Hatt\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n devam\u0131 olacak s\u00f6z konusu projenin saatte 160 kilometre h\u0131za uygun olarak tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131, hat kapsam\u0131nda Kurtalan, Havaalan\u0131 ve \u00dcniversite ile Siirt istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n in\u015fa edilece\u011fi belirtilmekte.<\/p>\n<p>Yolcu ve y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131lacak hatt\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda toplam 15 bin 574 metre uzunlu\u011funda 6 t\u00fcnel, 11 bin 690 metre uzunlu\u011funda 12 ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f t\u00fcneliyle 1523 metrelik 2 a\u00e7-kapa t\u00fcnel yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n planlad\u0131 belirtilen hat kapsam\u0131nda toplam uzunlu\u011fu 597 metre olan 2 viyad\u00fckle 7 \u00fcst ge\u00e7it ve 6 alt ge\u00e7it de in\u015fa edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Siirt Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;nde 128 i\u015f yeri ile metal, g\u0131da, makine haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6rlerinde 85 sanayi tesisi bulundu\u011funa dikkatler \u00e7ekilmekte. Siirt-Kurtalan Demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131n 27 Nisan 2025\u2019te ihaleye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 28 May\u0131s 2025 g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar tekliflerin al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 belirtilmekte. Dileriz ki, demiryolu hatt\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131 i\u015fi de Siirt Hava Alan\u0131 in\u015fat\u0131 i\u015fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesin. 85 y\u0131l gecikmeyle de olsa, art\u0131k Kurtalan-Siirt demiryolu hatt\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir an evvel g\u00f6relim. Hatt\u0131n, bilahare Cizre\u2019ye kadar uzat\u0131lmas\u0131da s\u00f6z konusu. Kurtalan-Siirt-Cizre tren hatt\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi durumunda \u0130limiz \u00e7\u0131kmaz sokak konumundan \u00e7\u0131kacak ve ekonomik alanda \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar elde edecektir.
