\nBunlar\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc her g\u00fcn konu\u015ftu\u011fumuz, i\u015fsizlik, ula\u015f\u0131mdaki aksamalar, e\u011fitim ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sekt\u00f6rlerinde yeteri kadar personel bulunmamas\u0131, imar ve art\u0131k her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da karma\u015f\u0131k bir hale gelen trafik sorunu gibi sorunlard\u0131r.
\nBirde pek g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli olan ve Siirt’in kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck engel olu\u015fturan sorunlar da vard\u0131r.
\nBunlar\u0131n en ba\u015f\u0131nda baz\u0131 hem\u015ferilerimizde Siirt’e y\u00f6nelik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen aidiyet duygusunun zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011fal olarak insanlar aidiyet duygular\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc oran\u0131nda memleketlerine hizmet eder ve kendilerini ba\u011fl\u0131 hissederler.
\nAidiyet duygusunun \u00f6nemini hepimiz biliyoruz. \u0130nsanlar sahiplendikleri ya da bir ba\u015fka deyimle kendilerini onun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri kentlere y\u00f6nelik olarak daha istekli olarak hizmette daha \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olurlar.
\nBu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in ba\u015fta Siirt \u00dcniversitesi olmak \u00fczere de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fcniversitelerde g\u00f6revli sosyolog ve konuyla ilgili di\u011fer bilim dallar\u0131nda uzman bilim insanlar\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131labilir.
\nBu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sayesinde hem\u015ferilerimizde de arzu edilen aidiyet duygusunun geli\u015fmesi sa\u011flanabilir.
